بيان إدانة وتضامن

بأسف وحزن بالغين، نتابع حلقة أخرى من حلقات الاضطهاد الديني والتعسف اللا إنساني المنافي للفطرة البشرية الذي تقوم به مليشيات الحوثي الخارجة عن الشرعية الدستورية والوطنية والأعراف اليمنية والعربية والدولية ضد أتباع الديانة البهائية في أماكن سيطرتها.

إننا إذ نؤكد على أن حرية المعتقد هو حق أصيل فطري ضمنته الشرائع السماوية والبشرية بمختلف مشاربها، وإن {لا إكراه في الدين}، وإن الانسان أخو الإنسان، نجدد الإدانة والاستنكار وبأشد العبارات لأية ممارسة يتعرض لها أتباع أي دين أو طائفة بسبب معتقدهم.

إن الاختلاف في الفكر والمعتقد يعد طبيعة إنسانية لازمة وحيوية ومهمة لتقدم المجتمعات ورقي حياتها وتطورها، إذ تتعدد تمظهرات الحياة لتتكامل، على العكس من مسار اللون والمعتقد الواحد المنافي للطبيعة البشرية ولكل الحياة .

وإننا إذ نشيد بشجاعة رواد كسر الانغلاق الفكري عبر التعبير السلمي الراقي المكفول قانونًا وشرعًا، مشيدين بحجم الاستنكار الشعبي والدولي للممارسات الفجة الأخيرة التي قامت بها المليشيات الحوثية تجاه أبناء الطائفة البهائية المسالمين .

 نعلن عن تضامننا الكامل مع المعتقلين البهائيين مؤخرًا الذين نالوا تعسف المليشيات المدعومة من إيران بكل معنى الظلم السافر والعدوان الذي لم يألفه المجتمع اليمني.

وفي هذا الصدد، نفتح هذه النافذة والمنصة و نطلب إعلان التضامن من كل أطياف وفئات وشرائح ومكونات ومنظمات وأفراد شعبنا اليمني العظيم، ومحيطنا العربي وصداقاتنا الدولية الإنسانية، 

والوقوف بوجه محاكم التفتيش القروسطية البائدة، لكبح جماح هذا التعدي المأساوي على حرمات الله في انتهاك المنازل والزج بأبرياء في غياهب السجون والمحاكمات الصورية ومصادرة الأموال والممتلكات دون وجه حق، 

ونطالب الحوثيين بالافراج الفوري عن جميع المعتقلين من ابناء الطائفة البهائية ،ونحملهم مسؤولية سلامتهم خلال مدة إعتقالهم وحجز حريتهم التعسفية .

مؤكدين في الوقت ذاته عدم استسلامنا لأي من أدوات هذا القمع الوحشية، وسنظل بكل ما أمكننا وفي كل مكان في الداخل و الخارج، لا نعرف شيئًا آخر غير مقاومة كل هذا العنف ومنبعه الفكري برفع رايتنا المضادة له؛ ورايتنا هي راية المحبة والسلام -والمواطنة المتساوية والعيش المشترك - وحرية المعتقد و التعايش السلمي - والمساواة والإنسانية.

Statement of condemnation and solidarity

With deep regret and sorrow, we witness yet another episode of religious persecution and inhumane arbitrariness that contradicts human nature, carried out by the Houthi militias outside the constitutional, national, Yemeni, Arab, and international norms against followers of the Baha'i faith in the areas under their control.

We emphasize that freedom of belief is an inherent and natural right guaranteed by divine and human laws in all their various sources. "There shall be no compulsion in religion," and human beings are brothers of one another. We strongly condemn and denounce any mistreatment inflicted upon followers of any religion or sect due to their beliefs.

Differences in thought and belief are an essential and vital human nature, necessary for the progress and advancement of societies. Life manifests itself in diverse forms that complement each other, unlike the path of a single color and belief that contradicts human nature and all forms of life.

We applaud the courage of those who break intellectual confinement through peaceful and civilized expression, guaranteed by law and justice. We commend the magnitude of popular and international condemnation of the recent heinous practices carried out by the Houthi militias against peaceful Baha'i community members.

We declare our full solidarity with the recently detained Baha'i individuals who have suffered from the flagrant injustice and aggression perpetrated by the Iran-backed militias, in a manner that the Yemeni society cannot tolerate.

In this regard, we open this window and platform, seeking a declaration of solidarity from all segments, classes, groups, components, organizations, and individuals of our great Yemeni people, as well as from our Arab surroundings and international humanitarian friendships.

We stand against the oppressive inquisition courts, to curb this tragic encroachment upon the sanctities of God, violating homes, throwing innocents into the abyss of prisons and mock trials, confiscating their funds and properties without just cause.

We demand the immediate release of all detainees from the Baha'i community and hold the Houthis responsible for their safety during their arbitrary detention and the violation of their freedom.

At the same time, we affirm our refusal to surrender to any of the tools of this brutal oppression, and we will continue, wherever and however possible, to resist all this violence and its ideological source by raising our opposing banner. Our banner is the banner of love and peace, equal citizenship, coexistence, freedom of belief, peaceful coexistence, equality, and humanity.
