Le pass vaccinal est une atteinte majeure à l’Etat de droit.

Chers amis, 

Le projet du gouvernement de transformer le pass sanitaire en pass vaccinal le 15 janvier n’est pas une formalité administrative.

C’est un point de non-retour vers l’obligation vaccinale généralisée,

C’est autoriser une discrimination de chaque luxembourgeois et frontalier en fonction de son statut vaccinal.

Ne nous laissons pas faire !

Cette mesure VOUS concerne.

En laissant faire le pass vaccinal, vous autoriseriez le gouvernement à vous imposer le nombre de doses qu’il jugera utile, 3 doses, 4 doses, 5 doses, sans contrôle et avec chantage au pass sanitaire à la clé.

Si vous laissez faire cela, vous acceptez que votre vie quotidienne soit conditionnée à la vérification d’une information de santé dont la confidentialité est censée être garantie par le droit.

Il vous sera impossible d’y échapper car les tests de dépistage ni même le statut de “guéri du Covid” ne seront plus considérés.

Cette mesure inique nécessite une réaction immédiate.

La loi sur le pass sanitaire sera présentée au gouvernement.

Si elle est votée, il sera impossible de revenir en arrière.

C’est maintenant qu’il faut réagir : en créant une pétition comme en France et en envoyant ce texte à Xavier Bettel, notre Gouvernement, le Grand Duc, le ministère de la santé et de la justice.

N’acceptons pas de livrer notre santé au gouvernement et de tirer un trait sur le consentement médical !

Le pass vaccinal est plus grave qu’une obligation vaccinale simple.

Au départ, l'idée était de contraindre toute la population à faire 2 à 3 doses de vaccins contre le Covid-19.

Le pass vaccinal, lui :

Vous obligera à vous soumettre aux nombre de doses et produits que le gouvernement jugera utiles, sans vous consulter ;

Portera le risque pour chacun que ces injections n’aient pas de limite de durée ;

Permettra que vos données médicales soient consultées par le gouvernement et la police ;

Conditionnera votre accès à une vie sociale normale (liberté de circuler, liberté d’accès à des bars, restaurants, services publics) ;

Instaurera un outil de surveillance permanente sur vos données de santé.

Nous ne devons pas laisser faire cela.

L’inoculation régulière d’un produit pharmaceutique devient un traitement et pas un vaccin.

Le code la santé prévoit que : "Le consentement de la personne examinée ou soignée doit être recherché dans tous les cas.”

“Lorsque le malade, en état d'exprimer sa volonté, refuse les investigations ou le traitement proposés, le médecin doit respecter ce refus après avoir informé le malade de ses conséquences.”

On comprend la manœuvre du gouvernement : l’obligation est illégale… alors ils la contournent en faisant en sorte que nous soyons obligés de nous y soumettre !

C’est inacceptable.

Les citoyens luxembourgeois vaccinés et non vaccinés libres de disposer de leurs corps en toute liberté de penser

The vaccine pass is a major attack on the rule of law.

Dear friends, 

The government's plan to transform the health pass into a vaccination pass on January 15 is not an administrative formality.

By allowing the vaccination pass to go ahead, you would be authorizing the government to impose the number of doses it deems useful, 3 doses, 4 doses, 5 doses, without control and with blackmail of the health pass at stake.

If you allow this to happen, you accept that your daily life is conditioned to the verification of health information whose confidentiality is supposed to be guaranteed by law.

You will not be able to escape this because testing or even "cured of Covid" status will no longer be considered.

This iniquitous measure requires an immediate response.

The Health Pass Act will be presented to the government.

If it passes, there will be no turning back.

It is now that we must react: by creating a petition as in France and by sending this text to our government, le Grand Duc, the Ministry of health and justice.

Let's not accept to hand over our health to the government and to draw a line on medical consent!

The vaccine pass is more serious than a simple vaccine obligation.

The original idea was to force the entire population to take 2-3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.

The vaccine pass, on the other hand:

Will force you to submit to the number of doses and products that the government deems useful, without consulting you ;

Will carry the risk for everyone that these injections have no time limit;

Allow your medical data to be consulted by the government and the police;

Will condition your access to a normal social life (freedom of movement, freedom of access to bars, restaurants, public services);

Establish a permanent surveillance tool on your health data.

We must not let this happen.

The regular inoculation of a pharmaceutical product becomes a treatment and not a vaccine.

The public health code is clear:

"The consent of the person being examined or treated must be sought in all cases."

"When the patient, in a state to express his will, refuses the proposed investigations or treatment, the doctor must respect this refusal after having informed the patient of its consequences."

We understand the government's maneuver: the obligation is illegal... so they get around it by making sure we are forced to submit to it!

This is unacceptable.

Vaccinated and non-vaccinated citizens of Luxembourg are free to dispose of their bodies in all freedom of thought
