Le ministère de l’Ile Maurice ne nous donne pas le rapport de l’enquête concernant la suspicion de négligence Medicale suite au décès de mon père Jean Sylvio Isidore le 7 Fevrier dernier ! Or nous avons besoin de ce rapport pour loger l’affaire en justice.

L’enquête a été faite par le comité Médical Négligence standing Comitee qui a remis son rapport au ministère depuis le mois de septembre. Seul le ministère peut nous l’adresser.

Nous ne comprenons pas l’opacité du ministère sur cette affaire qui n’aide pas notre famille endeuillée à faire la lumière sur ce qui s’est passé.

Par votre signature, aidez-nous à faire la lumière sur cette affaire. Cela incitera aussi le ministère à être transparent sur les affaires de négligence Medicale !

The Ministry of Health in Mauritius has not given us the report of the enquiry into the suspicion of medical negligence following the death of my father Jean Sylvio Isidore on 7 February! We need this report to take the case to court. 

The investigation was carried out by the Medical Negligence Standing Committee, which submitted its report to the Ministry in September. Only the Ministry can send it to us. 

We do not understand the Ministry's lack of transparency in this matter, which is not helping our bereaved family to shed light on what happened.
